We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our sister site, Nurture at Home, where we practice a relationship-based approach to infant care grounded in infant mental health. As an Early Years Practitioner in our Nurture at Home, you'll work within a small and dedicated team using relationship-based practices and your understanding of infant mental health to provide responsive, respectful care. You'll participate in creating enabling environments that support babies' natural development and foster secure attachments.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
- Specific infant/baby room experience
- Current pediatric first aid certification
- Strong references demonstrating commitment to respectful care practices
- 2+ years’ experience
Along with the above, the following will be considered favourably:
- Understanding of attachment theory and infant mental health principles
- Training in RIE, Pikler, or similar approaches
- Experience with observation-based practice
